COMMITTEES

Protect. Restore. Develop. Implement.

The Assembly’s committees are tasked with identifying and planning on key areas to bring change to our communities based on the needs assessments of the community.

Assembly Committees

Treasury

The Treasury Committee is responsible for managing the financial condition of the Assembly.  This includes planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, making recommendations on the allocation and use of funds, and reporting Assembly financial condition to all residents of the Greater Assembly.

Law

The Law Committee is for the review, research and oversight of law and proposed legislative offerings (for the people to vote on) in relation to the Declaration of Independence for the Living Beings of Earth and the Resolution of One Accord. Every Committee utilizes the Law Committee for writing their cases and orders for the Restoration of rights.  They also provide analysis of legal roadblocks or facilitations in regards to proposed projects.

Law Enforcement

Law Enforcement works in cooperation with the GIA for the oversite, coordination and direction of law enforcement bodies, standards for enforcement in compliance with the DOI and ROOA and function as the enforcement arm of what will be your High Court just as the GIA does now for the enforcement of global laws and orders issued by departments of the GPRC.

Security

The Security Committee is responsible for overseeing all systems, policies, and procedures related to security.  This committee identifies and researches threats both foreign and domestic, including disaster relief, cyber threats, and environmental concerns to secure public water, food supplies and air quality. The committee works with the governing committee to ensure that safety policies and laws are properly implemented.

Environment

The Environment Committee is responsible for the protection, restoration and utilization of water, land and air in the community.

Education

The Education Committee is intended to cover all areas of education, including human history, spirituality, science & technology, and personal empowerment. In addition, this committee is responsible for developing, promoting and overseeing educational programs that meet the needs of people of all ages.

We are responsible to raise the next generation of leaders. That process starts at home, but has to be reflected in the classroom. Our goal is to create adaptable models that engage both children and adults at every level of their educational development, through helping to build skills, provide direction, and foster the natural qualities innate and unique to every individual.

Family Services

The Family Services Committee is responsible for developing programs that serve the needs of families, children, and the elderly in the community.

Health & Wellness

The Health & Wellness Committee is responsible for promoting individual self-responsibility and providing resources to ensure health and wellbeing for body, mind and soul.  The work of this committee focuses on the health and wellness of the full cycle of life for humans, animals, and plants.

Communications

The Communications Committee develops and guides the implementation for improvement in the Assembly’s internal and public facing communications, interactions, publicity and projects. The committee communicates our mission, informs our members and increasingly expands our reach within our Greater Assembly.

Internally, the committee facilitates good communications within our membership, ensure important matters are clear and available to all.  For everyone externally, whether it’s training our general population on their rights, or our members on how to use our tools, we educate.

Project Management

Project Management reviews and is the assembly oversight/assistance Committee for the implementation of projects. The Project Management Committee is responsible for projects throughout the Assembly area and across all committees.  This committee works with Project Owners and the Global Project Platform team to assess, plan, design, resource, administer and report on all projects within the Assembly. Project will be designed to be success, align with Assembly Needs Assessments, be supported with professional project managers from the Global Project Platform, and provide timely information to the Interim Head of State to report to the world on successes and community impacts.

Public Works & Infrastructure

The Public Works & Infrastructure Committee is responsible to review, plan, build and maintain infrastructure facilities, systems, and structures that are developed, owned, and operated by the Assembly. This includes infrastructure for use in transportation (land and waterways), communications, commerce, residences, recreation, employment, environment, and health and safety in the greater community, public buildings, transport infrastructure, public spaces, public services, and other, usually long-term, physical assets and facilities.

Sub-Council

The Sub- Council is made up of the heads of the committees.  This is the Needs Assessment review committee.  The Sub-Council reviews the Needs Assessments of all the committees and the Solutions Assessment from the Restoration Team, collates this body of work, prioritizes each, and identifies the scope of the outcomes and projects that are being proposed.  The scope pertains to the most effective level of the solution project to address the needs across the Assembly.  A report with recommendations is produced by the Sub-Council and presented to the Council.  The Council then reviews the recommendations and returns their assessments back to the Sub-Council.  When this assessment comes back from the council, the Sub-Council hands it to the committees to go deeper based on their area of responsibility.
